高密度连接器视觉检测

The equipment is mainly used to detect chassis backplane connectors, including male and female connectors. Main functions include:

· The device provides three-axis motion control and can be positioned to the specified connection；

· Through the test management software, prepare the test plan according to the chassis type, automatically locate all connections, and complete the test;

· Visual software automatically selects the detected profile to complete the connector defect detection according to the connector tag number and type;

· The male head mainly detects whether the needle is deviated, the female head detects whether the needle hole is blocked, and the copper sheet in the hole.
